We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with you prior to the commencement of the project. For your peace of mind, we sign contracts with our New Jersey, USA office. Our employees sign legal NDAs with us at the time of joining and are trained and sensitized with regards to handling customer info and only sharing on a need-to-know basis. Usually, the manager level staff and management hold the customer information. All the external drives are disabled and our IT network is scanned regularly for any heavy usage. We have a back-up plan in place with redundancy against loss of data.

All modes of communication that are convenient to our customers are welcome and accepted.

The Turnaround time of Project Delivery will be informed and agreed between us for every project. Be rest assured that it will be shorter or at least equal to the time taken to do the same job internally at our customer’s premises.

We are flexible to offer faster turnaround and weekend work for projects when the circumstances demand it.

 

We fully understand that it is very important for customers to know the status of their projects happening outside of their premises. Usually, we provide Daily or Weekly updates and reports on the projects as agreed with customers, which also include scheduled calls. Reporting Mechanisms and reporting frequency are mutually agreed at the beginning of the project.

For On Going and Fixed Cost Projects: We shall provide a Single Point Operations Contact (SPOC), who usually will be a Project Manager level staff to communicate with customer coordinators to fulfil project objectives. Our SPOCs are fluent in verbal and written English communication and are familiar with US and Western culture.

For FTE or Dedicated Staff: We shall also provide access to individual staff working on your projects.

We maintain reports on the hours worked. Work In Progress models and drawings shall be submitted during the transition phase for review and comments, before actual production.

The experience level of our resources ranges from 3 years to 15 years and includes International projects.

 

The Sales team usually work EST time. Project teams works with overlap up to noon half of EST time. Dedicated resources usually work as per requirements or EST time Zone.

 

Our teams are experienced from delivering several International Engineering projects and are mostly well aware of your local Codes and standards. We provide Good For Construction (GFC) Drawings and Models as per end-user requirements.

If we are unfamiliar, then we will request the required inputs from customers or from Industry bodies.

 

Yes absolutely, because we are your extended team and will always work as per your templates, standards and workflow. During the transition phase the Project Managers will get familiarized with your way of working and create processes internally for the team to follow.

 

No, we can only provide the Drawings set for submittal, but PE Stamping would need to be taken from a Licensed PE from the State.

 

We accept revisions on a fair basis. For reworks due to our errors, we will resubmit on priority and also not charge for the rework.

For reworks from customer side changes, we will usually agree upon revisions during signing of the contract. If any rework due to ad-hoc changes, it will agreed to on a case to case basis.

Enginerio Technology Solutions LLC, New Jersey (USA), will be the contracting company from International projects.

We accept customer Purchase Order (PO) or customers can sign off on our Work Order (WO) or Contract Agreement, for us to start work.

Official Email confirmations are accepted for existing customer for urgent works as it will save time from delays in paper work. Nonetheless, signed documents will have to be in place while the project is in progress.

Invoices will be sent from Enginerio USA with clear payment details.
