Service Requirement
Engineering support to add various configurations to the Glass Frame Assembly so that it can be easily installed at work site. Assembly at factory and at site had to be planned and coordinated to reach error free levels. 3D models in SolidWorks and 2D CAD Drawings were required to support this initiative.
Enginerio’s Support
Our customer had improvised their assembly line. Production was done at their factory and the assembly was being done at the site. So, in this case, in addition to the standard assembly we had to add various configurations to the assembly (before installation means initial factory installation, after installation means final installation at the site location) of the glasses with the frames. We have modified the cable harnessing as per the assembly type.
We were provided with AutoCAD drawings showing the Extrusion profiles and Elevation view of the Glass set. Our team had meetings with customer coordinators almost daily to ensure we understood their requirements in detail and delivered the 3D models and Drawings as per their expectations.
We also got proficient with their work and also made some suggestions for better ways to achieve the standard of wire harnessing.
Our team prepared various configurations of the assembly and worked on the minute details to showcase in the 3D Models as well as 2D detailing works.
